The free Wi-Fi was a nice addition, and the pool was enjoyable. Have a great weekend getaway here.

The location of the hotel is convenient. Comfort, cleanliness. No complaints to the reception. Everything is on a good level.

It's not the first time I've stayed at this hotel. I've been disappointed in the staff... They steal things left behind by accident. When I left the room, I was going in a hurry and forgot three pairs of shoes - one pair of white sneakers, one pair of blue sports shoes and black ballet...The staff asked. They didn't find any. Sorry. The hotel's disappointing. Now I don't even know if it's worth stopping there next time. Another note to the hotel director - the staff left the lights on all the time after room cleaning. That is, I was leaving the hotel in the morning on business and turned off the light everywhere - when I returned in the evening, the light was on everywhere in the room. I guess all day means. That's weird. There's no taxi service at the hotel. For some reason, they do a lot of work, even calling the same yandex taxi. I was in a hotel in Peter. Hotels don't make a big deal about taxis.

the rooms are quiet and clean, which is definitely nice. Accommodation was fast, eviction was also without delay. The documents were prepared, there was no need to wait for anything.

during breakfast, slowly preparing tables after previous visitors. Although there were few guests in the restaurant, there was especially nowhere to sit. We had to move the dishes ourselves and table was chosen according to the principle - where there was less garbage. It was like a small thing, unpleasant... five stars after all. Besides, choice for breakfast was morally outdated. For the sports team, cat happily picked up fried potatoes with sausages, it was okay, there were almost no more dietary dishes. I drive a lot, there's something to compare it with.

    Bed, bar, pool.

Checked in quickly at 22. 00, at the reception was the gentleman, went to the spa, works until 23, with the entrance already "let's not take too long", in 20 minutes already started to drive everyone, as in the children's pool... 23. 00 is always for customers, not staff... Hairdryers in the 4-star hotel as in domestic pools, okay, men's hair is short, wait for the girl until she torments herself... Checked in together, all indicated, all in the end was for one person, good things quickly brought... most unpleasant thing was in the parking lot, no one warns where to pay, in general the first time I meet the payment for parking in such hotels. I had to leave urgently to apply for a visa, all in time and for 5 minutes late penalty 1500, guard did not want to let me out at all, no girl to pay later, at the exit, he was not satisfied, had to run through the entire territory to the reception, pay 100r. After spending 20 minutes and being late everywhere... It was possible to go to a meeting... In fact, because of one or two people who are not particularly related to the hotel, spoil the whole impression... gentleman turned out to be the gentleman at the entrance, parking lot at 100r almost got chewed up... Plus, at 5:00 a. m., they didn't say no and they made pizza.

Excellent hotel, comfort at the highest level. Clean place, no unpleasant smells or incidents. The staff is polite and friendly. The beds are close to perfect. I had a good night's sleep. By the way, there are very comfortable and tight night curtains.

There's no regular hotel café. Every place has a very poor menu at completely inadequate prices. Usually hotel cafes and restaurants are 15-20% more expensive than urban ones. There's an average of two times that. The cost of breakfast is 1540. And this is not even a la carte. and certainly it is not on the restaurant menu. It's a simple buffet, Well. the food isn't all smooth. But the impression isn't messed up. I liked the whole hotel. And I'm going to stay in the future and recommend it to everyone,

Great breakfast, fast wi-fi, a lot of nice little things in the room for any occasion, in general, all clean and tidy. The overall impression - a set-off!

Broken room window. During heavy rainfall, water flows down the window sill to the floor. The window is naturally closed. I had to plug it in with a towel so as not to flood the neighbours from below. I arrived two hours early - we could have checked in, what are you craving, did not take 50% of the cost ... I know it's okay, but you're still pinching. All in all, with my love for the Renaissance, for the first time...) I'm gonna go to the second fucking IBIS next door, they love me there too.)
